The wargame initiative, as of March, opened several times and saw one real game with GMAP players on March 13.

The wargame with GMAP was rather one-sided to the ACI with their datalink, tank & air conditioning. A noticeable note of the game is that both sides were quite cordial in communication and would announce the weight of their vehicle when it spawned in and despawned/unstuck. This was to allow the organizers to calculate the losses of each team and call for victory or defeat. Due to a technological mismatch, ACI also allowed GMAP to have double the weight limit and no restriction on tank weight spawn limit in one match, which was quite intensive, and both sides had some equal pressure of losses.

The Autonomous Communist International, also known as the Autonomous Libertarian Communist Union of the International Proletarian Transitional Grand Council Federation, is a libertarian communist society set in the near future. The faction practices direct democracy and a horizontal organizational structure without hierarchies.

The founding of ACI is inspired primarily by a conversation between D-BOI and Castle and D-BOI's admiration of CN ACF Realbuilder. In a random chat between D-BOI and Castle, they mentioned the phenomenon of the lack of real leftist organization in the meta. Months later, taking much influence from CN ACF Realbuilder's fictional government structure, the notion of ACI slowly builds up until it is founded on October 13, 2025.

The ACI flag, in short, resembles the working class of the world rising up and striving for a brighter future. The gear resembles the industrial workers and all proletarians, the globe in the middle resembles the international cause, and the stripe from left to right symbolizes an upward momentum that the world and society will improve and rise. The light orange stripe color symbolizes optimism, enthusiasm, freedom, and its corresponding color theory meaning--further emphansize the central theme of ACI: upward momentum to a better future.

History

ACI is founded on October 13, 2025, by D-BOI and Merydian9. Reporter was soon added as an advisor and given member status to observe the process. After its foundation, the founding members began a process of drafting the Article of Association and Military Command Structure documents aimed at defining the integral structure of ACI—what it means to be a part of such an organization. The drafts will be reviewed by all ACI members to hold a unanimous vote to pass the two documents.

On December 27, 2025, all ACI members voted on the December《Article of Association》 and 《Military Command Structure》 and passed the documents.

January 2026

ACI conducted some wargames with an undisclosed faction. The result of the game was a realization that ACI lacked a strong aircraft that can neutralize air threats and tanks if necessary, which accelerated the ACI-NOSSAC Strike Aircraft Frame Sharing Project, a joint project to develop a new aircraft between the two factions.

March 11th, 2026 - Wargame Initiative

ACI, primary allyforhire, came up with the idea of a Wargame Initiative in which to boost the meta’s activity and engagement, where each week of the day timeslots are opened for other factions to sign up and participate in ACF-centered combat for the duration of the timeslot (usually 1-2 hours but can be extended). Battles’ win condition is valued based on T (tons) weight loss from vehicles, when exceeding a threshold of T, that team is considered lost.

The specific first ruleset is as follows:

*these are a temporary extension of valen’s default ruleset for the sake of the fight*

  • At 8PM CST the fight is done by default unless we agree to extend it
  • Both sides can spawn a maximum of 120 tons of vehicles at once
  • First to lose 300 tons loses the battle
  • 4 players per team maximum
  • No static elements
  • Infantry deaths are worth 2 tons each

Result of March Wargame Initiative

It's noteworthy that GMAP members that participated did not have the equivalent technologies, such as Datalink or mainline vehicles, to equally challenge ACI in this wargame; this resulted in a power imbalance and led to ACI taking the upper hand throughout most of the wargame.

Military Branches/Forces

There currently isn't a concrete outline of the ACI military branches. For more information, check out Military Command Structure (Document) section.

Article of Association (Document)

The Article of Association serves as the guideline and rulebook of the ACI. The most up-to-date AA is as follows:

Article of Association—December 2025

1. General Consensus
  • - 1. All members of ACI are equal
  • - 2. Members wishing to take actions incompatible with our ideals are asked to do so without their faction tag. Nonetheless, they will still be held accountable for damage done to the ACI image.
  • - 3. Members must treat other groups with respect. When a disagreement occurs between groups, it is important to first seek to resolve the disagreement through diplomatic means
  • - 4. Members of ACI are not to engage in defamatory language
  • - 5. Members of ACI are to treat everyone as equals and with respect.
  • - 6. Members of ACI are not to disparage groups of people, or engage in generalization
  • - 7. Members should have fun but also understand that at times, rationality comes before LARP (Live-Action-Roleplay). Don't hold a grudge over role-play.
2. Diplomatic consensus
  • - 1. Members of ACI will not take hostile actions against other groups or players unless a state of war has been formally declared.
  • - 2. All members of ACI should have self-discipline when sharing technologies or information, to not send them towards people we deem untrustworthy or hostile. Any sharing with non-members requires the approval of others. For example, if we want to share something, we need to ask others if it's acceptable and only proceed if we receive approval from the majority. If even one person objects, we need to wait.
3. Faction Conduct
  • - 1. ACI does not “claim” sandbox servers; rather, they are more so a server protection force. Unless in the case that the server populace overwhelmingly supports ACI or that ACI owns the server, the official role of ACI on servers is mainly to fight other factions. (applying 1.2, members should avoid doing actions that would be seen as negative by people of sandbox servers but are free to do what they want beyond that.)

Military Command Structure (Document)

The Military Command Structure serves as the guideline and rulebook of how the ACI military structure will work. The most up-to-date MCS is as follows:

ACI Military Command Structure

As of now, the ACI Military Command Structure is in its embryo stage. There are currently few guidelines and explanations on our command structure.

General Line
  • Forced mobilization against any member's will is disallowed, but all ACI members should recognize their obligation to join in battles and conflicts.
  • There are no rank in ACI; all members are equal.

--

The structure of ACI military is composed of two systems:

Organizational Command Staff

The OCS consists of the commanding elements of the ACI military organization.

  • All military officers share equal positions in decision-making.
  • All military officers are selected based upon agreed consensus or vote by the military members.
ACI Armed Forces

The ACI-AF is composed of all combat-capable members and branches.

  • Discipline is agreed upon by all in the unit.

RP-Information

ACI Lore distinctly covers three areas of ACI histories, that being

1. The beginning of ACI's revolution

2. The midst of spreading global revolution

3. ACI dissolving and advancing socialism

1st stage RP

501 Revolution

The 501 Revolution, or the Labor Day Revolution, was the event that led to the Second American Civil War.

Eletur

Eletur was an electronic & infrastructure-based workers' cooperative. They would play an important role in the Second American Civil War to assist ACI in producing electronics equipment and infrastructure expansion/maintenance.

Ari Valen

Ari Valen was an American revolutionary, politician, and political theorist. He was the first and last unitary head of government of the Autonomous Communist International, serving from 2020 to 2029. As a revolutionary and founder of ACI, Valen led the 501 Revolution, which established the world's first proletarian-led society that is democratically run. Ideologically a Marxist, he developed the ideology called libertarian communism.

Libertarian Communism

(A fictional ideology different from real-world Libertarian Socialism)

The ideology is, in theory, close to orthodox Marxism and Luxemburgism and in complete opposition to Marxist-Leninism (NOTE: Marxism and Leninism as separate ideologies are different from Marxist-Leninism, an ideology created by Joseph Stalin, or Stalinism). On the ideology of ML, libertarian communists hold the Trotskyist view that they are deformed workers' states. Although the movement aligns with Leninism, as they were sprouting out in the most advanced capitalist society, the United States, LC in the US holds a more optimistic view on a proletarian transitional state, believing that their material condition better allows the realization of complete workers' democracy.

2nd stage RP

SICAS

SICAS (Supercomputing Information Cybernetic Automation System) is a central cloud-system-based supercomputing & simulation system that connects to decentralized systems across ACI designed for central planning and information processing. SICAS's main purpose was to calculate resources allocation and other supplementary models like one for predicting a myriad of possible futures based on the trajectory of data inputed. SICAS allowed planners in ACI to efficiently calculate and plan an economy without the need of using capital to determine the value of resources.

Provisional Vanguards of International Liberation

The PVIL was the common name for the ACI forces during their military campaign to convert nations all around the world to libertarian communism.

Lift Infantry

Lift Infantry is an exoskeleton-powered soldier. The term originated from when exoskeletons were used to lift heavy cargos; they would be called lifters. As exoskeletons were used in combat, they were given the classification Lift Unit.

3rd stage RP

ACI Socialist Society

ACI Society by the 3rd stage is run by democratically elected councils from the ground up. Nation-states became nonexistent. Nationalism was a thing of the past. A notable characteristic of this era is the extinction of class societies, money, and state on Earth. Different from historical "socialist" or "communist" societies, where they would proclaim being a socialist state, ACI socialist society is strictly defined as the transitional stage towards communism that is more advanced than the most advanced capitalist society in the world.

Automation and Worktime

People in this time usually work a few hours a day or sometimes take days off at will and spend the rest on their hobbies, passions, contributions, or whatever they see fit, as automation and central planning with SICAS helped drastically in reducing the amount of human labor needed to produce goods.

Replacement of the old family structure

In this stage, women are given the opportunity to have far more abundant time to enjoy their life. With social services like public canteens, gymnastics, cinemas, laundries, daycares, and other things, women can be liberated from the shackles of thousands of years of family chores and have far more time to enjoy their lives.

"Socialist" Era Problems

Old World Habit—Post-Monetary Hedonism

An ongoing significant societal problem of 3rd-stage ACI society is the emergence of a portion of the population becoming "hedonistic." With nearly all manual hard labor replaced with automation, a portion of the population chose to stop working and pursue leisure materialistically. Although it is not a pressing issue, as people in this era are more motivated to work than ever—it becomes their passion and satisfaction to contribute towards their community—the development of this portion of the population still concerns experts alike, referring to it as a socialist-era societal problem. Now that people have been freed from the constant dread of working to survive in capitalism, some people who haven't adapted to a new socialist culture have stopped working and rely on their communities' and society's support to live precisely because work ceased to be a mandatory labor in order to live.

ACI Nation State Withers Away

With new generations living beyond the time of capitalism, the revolution spreads across the world, and the old proletarian and bourgeoisie both fade away as classes; the need for a state and, by extension, ACI now becomes obsolete.
