Kinetic Assault Initiative

Information

Kinetic Assault Initiative (KAI) was formed 3/15/2021 by Ally for Hire. It immediately joined the Garry's Mod Alliance Pact (GMAP) and formed multiple alliances with member states inside of it, though by the end of it's life it was a member of KATO. It was formed as a need for Ally for Hire to have an outlet for technology and dupe distribution, with its closest ally being the Red Sun Military Forces (RSMF). It is focused on engineering in all categories, such as ACF and Wiremod. It's members almost entirely consisted of friends of the leader considered experienced enough to represent the clan in combat.

Technology

KAI's technology was quite varied as it was anything the engineers were willing to make, ranging from ACF aircraft to true vanilla cluster bombs. As the members of KAI had experience from all walks of GMOD there was a wide variety of technology used. The most notable vehicle that was produced by KAI was the SU-47 "Vengeance" used primarily on Apex Networks, which was used to single-handedly hold the server for several weeks from notable clans of the time such as RKG and UNR.

History

TTN Raids _{(around 3/21/2021)}

Helping BSC, and other miscellaneous clans TTN's capital was raided multiple times, all ending in victories by a landslide, proven by KDs and total losses, even though TTN was using sourdough (IA) (this isnt even correct) technology they got overall killed and even resorted to ULX banning anyone who used technology that wasn't theirs, despite all of this TTN still claimed victory with nothing backing it and calling KAI and its allies bad to the very end.

Petrograd NPCs Raids _{(around 3/30/2021)}

KAI interfered on the Petrograd NPCs raids on the side of the defenders and helped hold off Petrograd, though this really was just for fun so I'm not gonna declare outcome or anything I just wanted to document it.

TTN Raids Part 2 _{(spanning a bit earlier than 4/27/2021 to 5/4/2021)}

Over the course of a month or 2 KAI along with various forms of backup raided "That Sandbox", held and owned by TTN, efficiently defeating TTN every time while taking minimal losses. This continued and eventually even KAI's leader, Allyforhire, jumped into the fray and after defeating TTN in gun to gun combat joked around and ammo bombed as shown here. This continued over the course of about 2 hours. 5/3/2021 a new mbt was battle tested against TTN, but ttn was getting tired of the raids by this point and banned the 2 raiding KAI members off the server (now unbanned). I won't document every fight because there has been so many but TTN's server "that sandbox" has been raided by numerous KAI members and affiliates, without taking a reported loss to TTN yet. IA intervenes in some of the fights which comes out to various results.

Reforms _{(5/03/2021 - 5/04/2021)}

On 5/03/2021 Allyforhire launched a poll asking the members of KAI if they wanted to transition to a more serious clan, and the poll recieved a high majority agreeing to go with the changes, so Ally reworked roles, policies, and other major parts about the group. The flag was also updated on 5/04/2021.

WW4 _{(5/05/2021 - 6/16/2021)}

Beginning with IA affiliate Sergei doxxing KAI's ally and Allyforhire's friend, Catgopher, as well as raiding his College discord, KAI issued a decleration. All IA affiliates have a short amount of time to back off as KAI and all of it's allies. After ULCI openly defended sergei's actions, as well as IA members following suite, the war began. Despite IA stating they have been defeating KAI forces, video recording and KDs say otherwise. KAI tanks had yet to take a casualty to legal enemy ground tank as of halfway through the war, however in the 2nd half KAI tanks took a very small amount of deaths due to being shot in the side, however at no point did a KAI tank die frontally. After many battles, where KAI tanks and jets only maintained positive kds in 1v1s, and etc. Allyforhire dropped out of the war on 5/24/2021 due to multiple reasons, the primary one being them being tired of the war. GMAP forces would continue fighting ORZL, and getting a majority of the wins, even with claims of losses during certain battles.

Colourful Crew

Unfortunately after many wins on Colourful Crew and no losses in terms of vehicle KD, the server ended up being shut down due to lack of donations from Sol, removing a home server from ORZL and ending the war on the front.

Apex Networks

Apex Networks is where the fights went after Colourful shut down, ending in further KAI victories. The 2nd battle has not had a video made on it yet, but it is estimated KAI + Allied forces won by about 12 kills, with an estimated final vehicle KD of 15:3 on bigcity, despite claims of IA vehicles "ripping up" allied planes. A video was made on the battle of May 18th, and previous fights clipped together, all of which KAI forces won with little difficulty. KAI leader Allyforhire and member Knight had to leave partly into the batle, however GMAP forces were still able to win out as shown partly in the latter half of the video. Youtube Link KAI tanks were singlehandedly able to take down all enemy combatants in 1v1s and 2v2s with little difficulty, only dying due flanking as earlier versions of some KAI mbts had sub-par neutral steering, however a KAI tank never died from the front and KAI constantly maintained a positive vehicle KD throughout the entire war.

Valen

Valen is where most of the fighting happened in the latter half of the war, however KAI was less involved in these fights, maintaining the stance Allyforhire had in leaving the war. However in the fights KAI did participate in where absolute victories with enemy combatants taking far more vehicle losses.

The GC Incident

On June 16th 2021, Ally for hire initiated a spying operation on GC, who they were currently allied with, due to suspicion that GC was planning anti GMAP action and talking mad shit behind his back. This ended up with Ally's at the time friend Knight betraying him and showing his true allegiances to Rec0rd once and for all despite being brought back in by Ally, which is why he was trusted. After GC announced the operation publicly in an attempt to rally against KAI, Ally made a youtube video insulting GC and empathizing his lack of interest in apologizing, as well as making many sarcastic comments in the GMAP alliance discord. and finishing his leave from the meta, which was interrupted by the announcement. Following Ally's leave KAI was disbanded and all members were placed into CTF because they were allies and the leaders were friends.

Ghost Company Conflict

In July 2021 kiwi and 2 other non aligned people who would later join NRK fought off a ghost company incursion on lucid gaming. Everything afterwards went quiet and KAI after being absorbed into CTF went dormant. This was the case until in November 2021 it was revealed by E-thing using an Ally for Hire tank on the TTN server when Ally and Kiwi went on to mess around. It was later revealed that DroxiKnight leaked one of Ally's tanks to Ghost Company. This prompted Ally and Kiwi to make a video, "stop", as a warning for Ghost Company to stop their bad behavior and to call out a number of things.

Escalation of Ghost Company Conflict

In late December 2021 on CFC B/K, Kiwi after informally taking leadership of NRK along with some of his friends shot down a Ghost Company jet, this prompted more of Ghost Company to join as back up escalating the conflict. During the battle which CRISIS called IA as backup. Despite being outnumbered 10:4 NRK and (informally) East Detroit managed to drive them off of the server. Afterwards a group dm was made with Rec0rd which confirmed that Ghost Company was in alliance with IA. Some old NATO people who wanted to try picking up gmod again were driven off seeing the faction meta only came back, however some old NATO people and by extension International Weapons Corporation came back along with Sergei, a new coalition was formed with the purpose of driving IA and their affiliates away from CFC. This conflict is ongoing.
