Overview
The Neo-Orzel Alliance, most commonly referred to as Neo-Orzel, was an alliance between primarily the Nationalist Republic of Kalestania, the Cerulean Taskforce, and Sovinia. After World War IV, Sergei and March had begun talking in DMs occasionally. On August 22nd, Sergei - the leader of Kalestania - was banned from the Orzel Alliance discord for joking about Junebug482 being paranoid. Following this, Sergei reached out to March - the leader of the Cerulean Taskforce, about forming a new alliance between the two factions alongside Sovinia. The prospect of a "new Orzel" had been talked about before, but was never formally considered until this event.
