The LAPSE was an underground Turkish research & military organization that once dedicated itself to find, manipulate and use backdoor viruses on Garry's Mod to distribute its reputation in Turkish area with its distinctive minimalist-industrial approach, but later on it started to turn to a more militaristic approach,The idea to create this organization emerged in 2017, but 2018 is the official date as it started its operations.
